"I would like people to know about my experience with this insurance, particularly with this agent. I had State Farm insurance for about twelve years, and since I had never been in an accident or received a traffic infraction, I had no problems with them during that time. They took joy in having me as a client for the duration because there were no claims at all. However, I wanted to change my policy from full coverage to liability since my car is old. I no longer needed full coverage. Without my signature existing on any documents, they completely canceled my coverage. I share this to let the public know that State Farm and this agent in particular use false advertising; they say "they're good neighbors, as long as no claims are made.""
"Dear Angie Reyna, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We acknowledge receiving your voicemail on October 2, 2024, regarding the cancellation of your policy. Although signatures are not required to cancel an auto policy, our team member Tony diligently attempted to reach out to you through various means, including two texts and two voicemails, to confirm cancellation directly from you. On October 9th, we left our final message confirming the cancellation of your policy as you requested on the original voicemail that you left on October 2. On October 23, 2024, Geovanni was successful in contacting you to address any concerns or issues, to which you disclosed your frustration and admitted to expressing your frustration in the previous voicemail. Geovanni attempted to assist and gather more information to potentially find a suitable solution for you. However, the communication was disrupted by inappropriate language directed towards him. You acknowledged that it was your mistake for leaving that cancellation request over voicemail and not calling us back. You then disconnect the call. Despite this, we made further attempts to reach out to you without success. Please know that your feedback is valued, and we strive to provide exceptional customer service.
